Position – Human Resources Administrator

Location – TBS Midrand – Human Resources

The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department by way of implementing and executing HR related admin and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

1) Effective HR reporting and administration:

  • Collate annual Personal Development Plans for all staff and arrange all training identified.
  • Assist in collating all annual SETA reporting.
  • Facilitate and make necessary arrangements for staff training both internal and external.
  • Manage the Learnership process and training for all learners.
  • Collate and manage all study agreements for staff.
  • Manage all admin requirements in terms of the annual staff bursaries.
  • Manage and execute the monthly staff birthday lunches.
  • Manage all HR purchase orders and ensure effective payment of HR suppliers.
  • Ensure effective distribution of HR related information to staff and any required collection of related consent forms/policies etc.
  • Monthly collation of and accurate capturing of all payroll input information.
  • Provide accurate and effective monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting.
  • Assistance in writing of new HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure annual KPA’s are in place for all positions and manage the biannual review feedback process.
  • Assistance with and collation of all documentation for BBBEE verifications.
  • Assistance with and collation of all Employment Equity statistics for annual reporting.
  • Take accurate minutes in EE meetings and ensure effective distribution of action points. Follow up where required and provide HR support to the committee.
  • Manage Health and Safety issues and ensure all IOD’s are managed in accordance with COIDA. Follow up and provide HR support to the H&S committee.

2) Effective HR project Management:

  • Matric
  • B Degree or Diploma in HR and or Administration
  • 2 years’ generalist HR experience in an Admin role
  • Basic knowledge of HR related legislation
  • Microsoft Office
  • VIP and VIP ESS
  • Project management implementation
