We make use of in-house specialists to design cost effective solutions which fit with the needs of our customers.

Project Management

Every project is managed by qualified in-house project manager, who ensures that key factors such as quality, cost, duration and Health and Safety requirements are complied with. The project manager is technically qualified to understand the technology which is being deployed and manages the installation team and provides communication on progress of installations on a frequent basis and according to the customer’s requirement.

Maintenance

We provide ad-hoc maintenance services, Service Level Maintenance Agreements (SLA’s) and Preferential Rental Maintenance. Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance routines are followed.

Call Centre

Our dedicated call centre ensures that all service requests are logged and attended to, according to the service type which has been requested.

Financial Services

We are completely self funded and do not rely on third party credit providers. Our solutions can be bought outright as a cash purchase, or they can be procured through one of our many rental solution packages.
